For the first 9 months of 2007, IntelliResponse Systems has achieved record growth in all aspects of its business. Total contract value increased 305%, 25 new customers went live and customer website queries increased by 80%.
(Toronto) November 2, 2007 – For the first 9 months of 2007, IntelliResponse Systems has achieved record growth in all aspects of its business. - New contracts increased 167% year over year for the first year value of services
- Total contract value has increased 305% year over year, reinforcing our customers long term confidence in IntelliResponse by signing multi-year contracts
- 25 new customer implementations went live – all deployed customer facing solutions on their websites
- Total questions asked in the first 9 months were 7 million – an increase of 80% over the previous year. Each of these questions represented a deflection from a call center that would normally answer these questions – saving over 500,000 hours that could be focused on higher value consultative calls
- 100% of customer agreements included the QuikStart program where IntelliResponse assumed project management responsibility for the initial implementation
- Our leadership position in Higher Education continued – we signed significant new agreements with the some of the most prestigious academic institutions such as Penn State University and Harvard Division of Continuing Education. Further, many of the agreements such as University of British Columbia and Penn State were for enterprise wide deployments
- Significant growth in commercial markets continued, including a major agreement with Accenture, one of the largest management consulting, technology services and outsourcing companies in the World
