As CEO of IntelliResponse, David is responsible for setting the company’s strategic direction, overseeing operations and driving new growth. Before assuming this role, David was CTO & VP Client Services for IntelliResponse where he led the expansion of the product into analytics, social and mobile markets as well as the transformation of their analytics towards customer intelligence.
David was CTO/CIO with Dexit Inc. brought on to transform the current solution from proprietary technologies while making it available as a set of open services. Prior to Dexit, David worked with Carlson Marketing Group (CMG), as Senior Director, Technology Services in the US where he was responsible for overall technology strategy for the services and product assets that enable their many client gift card, loyalty and channel solutions. Mr. Lloyd joined CMG in 2001, after the successful acquisition of SalesDriver where he was VP Technology, leading this organization’s development and support of their SaaS based solution that supported thousands of client programs in a single configurable white-label solution model.
Mr. Lloyd has worked for top five consultancies as well as other start-ups in the area of online technology and strategy. His earlier studies were focused in computer science before completing his MBA from Queens.
Susan is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience as a senior financial executive – principally CFO roles – at several small to mid-size companies in both the public and private sectors. Her industry experience is primarily technology related (hardware and software) although it also includes such diverse experience as professional services (law firm) and publishing (US magazine).
Susan has been a key member of management teams that have led organizations through times of significant change and transformation including; 100% year over year revenue growth, IPO, M&A, financial crisis management, as well as a number of significant financings.
As Vice President, Product & Services, Paul holds overall responsibility for the strategy, planning, and management of IntelliResponse’s products. Paul is also responsible for the client services division at IntelliResponse. Paul’s intense focus on the client and his strategic understanding of their requirements uniquely qualifies Paul for this role as he works tirelessly to ensure each client has the right solution for their needs.
Before joining IntelliResponse, Paul was SVP Strategy and Co-founder of Sofea Inc, and prior to this was the founder and principal of Strategic Edge, a consulting firm that specializes in helping global technology firms develop unique and compelling sales, marketing, product and alliance strategies. While at Strategic Edge, Mr. Smith worked with a number of the world’s most successful software, consulting and technology firms, including Siebel Systems, PeopleSoft, Ernst & Young, IBM/LGS Consulting, Deloitte Consulting, and SOLCORP (an EDS company).
Prior to founding Strategic Edge, Paul was Vice President of Sales at PeopleSoft. Mr. Smith helped PeopleSoft expand tenfold to be the fastest growing software firm in America for three years in a row. Mr. Smith also managed all service partnerships as National Director of Alliances for PeopleSoft.
Mike oversees all aspects of IntelliResponse corporate marketing, including demand generation, brand strategy, corporate messaging, advertising, public relations, and partner marketing.
Previously, Mike was the VP of Marketing and Alliances for Truition, an international retail and manufacturing software provider that was acquired by CDC Software. At Truition, Mike led corporate re-branding, partner development, lead generation and market entry strategies for North America and Europe. During his years as a Marketing Communications consultant for a number of world class agencies, Mike managed a client base that included Amazon.com, Dell, The Royal Bank of Canada, Hewlett-Packard and Pfizer Pharmaceuticals.
Mike holds a Masters in Business Administration from Queen’s University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Communications from Seneca College and a Bachelor’s Degree from Mount Allison University.
Michael is responsible for all aspects of partnerships & alliances at IntelliResponse.
With more than 20 years in sales and business development, Michael has worked for companies such as IBM, McCaw Cellular (purchased by AT&T), LivePerson and a boutique Contact Center specializing in Pay-For-Performance solutions. Regardless of industry, Michael has specialized in providing complex, multi-business partner agreements to more than 100 Fortune 500 companies as well as government organizations, consortiums and smaller businesses.
Michael holds BA’s in Economics and Philosophy from Pacific Lutheran University and an MBA from the Lundquist School of Business at the University of Oregon.
Mike Minelli, Vice President of Sales, is responsible for expanding IntelliResponse’s global sales strategy.
Mike has over twenty years of software experience with ten years specifically focused on cloud computing. He has extensive experience in global sales and operations leadership for high-tech companies. Prior to joining IntelliResponse, Mike was EVP of Sales at Parature. Preceding Parature, Mike was a Senior Sales Executive at Salesforce.com, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Covisint/Compuware, and Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Services at Everdream (acquired by Dell). Mr. Minelli has also held senior level postions at Opsware (formerly Loudcloud and acquired by Hewlett Packard), E.piphany, Netscape, and Lotus Development.
Mike holds a B.S. in Manufacturing Engineering from Miami University, Ohio.
Jon Barnett is Vice President, Technology at IntelliResponse. Jon leads the company’s development and operations initiatives and is responsible for ongoing development and enhancement of the award-winning IntelliResponse enterprise virtual agent technology platform. Prior to this position, Jon was Director of Platform Development for IntelliResponse, where he held responsibility for developing the company’s technical and platform capabilities, creating goal-oriented processes, growing his team, quality assurance, as well as aligning development and operations with the company’s strategic goals.
Mr. Barnett possess over 15 years of development and engineering experience at the senior management level. Before IntelliResponse, Jon was Software Development Manager for Dexit Inc. and National Health and Medical Research Council, as well as Chief Technical Officer of Netfinite Pte Ltd. Jon has also held the position of VP, Technical Services for HAHT Asia Pty Ltd.
As Director of Research, Darren is responsible for the design and direction of IntelliResponse’s core technologies – making them more accurate, innovative, and easy-to-use. Since joining IntelliResponse in 2006, Darren has overhauled many of the original processes and invented several new technologies. In addition, Darren manages the company’s growing IP patent portfolio and is often called upon to perform in-depth reviews of competing technologies.
Darren has over 20 years experience in the software industry, in a variety of leadership roles. Before joining IntelliResponse, Mr. Redfern was Chief Web Officer (CWO) at Maplesoft, where he designed and built an online user-based computational applet market. That system (and its department) was eventually sold to the portal, Engineering.com. As well, Darren was founder and CTO of ThinkTank Technologies which built some of the first Internet-based natural language search and collaboration tools and was later purchased by Open Text. In addition, Darren has worked for IBM, Open Text, DM Solutions, and Springer.
Darren holds an honours degree in Mathematics from the University of Waterloo. He has written several titles in the field of Symbolic Computation, including the best-selling Maple Handbook.
