Why Partner with IntelliResponse?

IntelliResponse is an open platform based on Web Services. Any external customer or 3rd party application can call the services of IntelliResponse and integrate the results directly into the application. The services include that applications may want to call include:

  • Send a question to IntelliResponse to get One Right Answer - from emails, chat, etc.
  • Send all the questions a visitor asked in IntelliResponse (i) to the customer file along with the interest codes to use it for targeted marketing, and (ii) to a business intelligence or data warehouse where the questions can be mined for "voice-of-the-customer"
  • Integrate live escalations channels (Chat, Click-to-Call) from the IntelliResponse web self-service
  • Send all questions a visitor asked to a call center agent when the visitor escalates so they have context

IntelliResponse supports a number of partner programs.

Reseller

In markets where IntelliResponse has not entered, we partner with local experts who have deep expertise in Customer Experience and Service solutions. These include companies such as Single Rapid Ltd in the UK. The value the reseller must bring is local market knowledge, account presence and a high track record of customer satisfaction.

ISV

IntelliResponse works to joint sell and joint market with a number of vendors who provide complementary solutions, or where the customer requires an integration between the two products. In the ISV program, both firms develop a joint sales and marketing plan they will execute against.

OEM

The IntelliResponse OEM program allows vendors to integrate and embed the IntelliResponse solution directly into their application and white label the application service as if it were their own. They are fully responsible for all sales, delivery and support effort.
